Avoidable Errors in Dental Implantology.

Example Case 1. Vertical bone loss during implant healing. This typically happens with budget implants or operator error.

Example Case 2. – This tooth lost half of the bone around the implant. This is avoidable error.

Optimally Done Dental Implants.

Example Case – The patient didn’t have enough bone for an implant, due to sinus drop. The dotted yellow line shows the bone graft we added during the surgery. The solid lines are the initial bone. We use a unique bone mixture that heals both hard and highly vascular. For strength, we used a larger diameter and long implant. The angulation and placement was virtually perfect.

Results  – The top yellow line shows the fully healed sinus lift. The implant healed nicely, and bone grew on TOP of the implant. There was zero bone loss during healing.
